We currently ship across India, including metro cities such as Kolkata, Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, and other regions.

Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Custom/Bespoke Orders: Processing time for personalized or made-to-order items may vary. You will be informed of the estimated time during order confirmation.

You will receive a notification email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Partners and Methods

We partner with reputable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery. The shipping method is selected based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Tracking details will be provided via email/SMS for all shipped orders.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Orders above ₹2999 qualify for free shipping within India.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: Orders below ₹200 will incur a flat shipping charge of ₹20000.
  • Custom Orders: Shipping charges for custom or oversized items will be calculated at checkout and may vary based on the dimensions and weight of the product.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Please contact us directly for special requests or bulk orders outside India.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery on the courier’s website.

Delivery Policy

  • Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us.
  • Address Accuracy: Ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Aartaa Decor is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery:

  • Reshipping fees will apply for redelivery.
  • Refunds will exclude initial shipping charges (if applicable).

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photographs of the damaged item(s) and the packaging for verification.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.
