A little clarity, first.
Can you help me choose the right size or finish?
Yes. Send us the product you're considering, room dimensions, ceiling height and a photograph of the space. Include measurements in centimetres or inches. We can discuss proportions and finishes; final site measurements and installation suitability should be checked by your installer.
How do I request a bespoke piece or project quotation?
Choose “Bespoke / made-to-order” or “Trade / project enquiry” in the form. Include references, dimensions, finishes, quantities, delivery city and your preferred timeline. Custom work, pricing and schedules depend on the agreed specification and feasibility. Send supporting drawings by email or WhatsApp.
What should I include when asking about an order?
Share your order number, the name or email used at checkout and a clear description of what you need. For a damaged or incorrect item, contact us promptly and send photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label by email or WhatsApp. Keep the packaging while we review the case. Can I visit without an appointment?
Please contact us before travelling so the team can confirm a suitable time and the details of your visit. An appointment also helps us prepare for a product discussion or project brief.
When will I hear from the team?
Our contact hours are Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST. Enquiries received outside these hours will be reviewed during working hours. Bespoke requests or detailed quotations may need additional discussion. If your requirement is time-sensitive, call us during contact hours and mention your deadline.
Where should I send press or collaboration proposals?
Email connect@aartaadecor.com or select “Press / collaboration” in the form. Tell us about your publication, studio or brand, the proposed collaboration, relevant links and the timeline. This helps us understand the opportunity and respond with useful context.
