Aartaa Decor creates handcrafted luxury lighting and decor pieces. Because many items are fragile, premium, custom-made, or made-to-order, we believe in clear communication before purchase and careful handling before dispatch.

Warranty Policy

Warranty coverage depends on the product, material, electrical components, and project scope. Warranty details should be confirmed on the product page, quotation, invoice, or written order confirmation before purchase.

Warranty generally covers manufacturing defects where applicable. It does not usually cover misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorized alteration, breakage after delivery, normal aging of handcrafted finishes, or damage caused by improper handling.

Shipping & Packaging Proof

We use secure packaging practices for fragile lighting and decor. Depending on the product, packaging may include protective wrapping, cushioning, reinforced boxes or crates, fragile marking, and pre-dispatch checks.

For high-value and bespoke orders, customers may request packaging photos or dispatch confirmation before shipment where operationally possible.

Damage on Delivery

Please inspect the product carefully at delivery. If an item appears damaged in transit, contact us immediately with clear photos, videos, order details, and packaging images so our team can review the issue.

Return & Exchange Clarity

Custom-made, made-to-order, installed, altered, or specially sourced products are generally not eligible for general return or exchange unless there is a verified manufacturing defect or transit damage case accepted by our team.

Ready-to-ship products may be reviewed case by case according to the final terms mentioned on the order, product page, or invoice.

International Shipping Note

Selected products can be shipped internationally after confirming product suitability, packing requirements, destination address, courier/freight feasibility, and shipping quote. Customs duties, import taxes, local clearance charges, and destination-country compliance are generally the buyer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.
