Material, form and light
The details set the mood.
Consider the outline as much as the light. Look through the glass, metalwork and suspension photographs, then compare the listed dimensions with the space where the pendant will hang.

Good questions, clear answers
Before it becomes part of your home.
How do I know whether this pendant will fit?
Compare the listed body dimensions with your room and furniture. Share the ceiling height, table or island size and a photograph. Body height and complete hanging drop are different measurements. Your installer should confirm safe clearance, ceiling support and the final suspension.
Does the price include one pendant or the whole arrangement?
Check the selected option and the listed included configuration. Some designs offer Single, Twin or Triple arrangements, while others are sold as a specified set. A styled photograph may show several fittings. Ask us to confirm the quantity, canopy and components included before payment.
Can I request another size, colour or finish?
Choose an available listed option where offered. Other sizes, finishes and custom clusters require a specification review and quotation. A custom enquiry does not change the selected online option or its price until agreed.
Are bulbs included, and is the light dimmable?
Check whether the design uses a replaceable lamp or an integrated LED. Bulb inclusion, holder type, wattage, voltage, colour temperature and dimming must be confirmed for the chosen fitting. Lamps, drivers and dimmer controls need to be compatible with one another.
When will my pendant arrive?
Contact us with the selected design, quantity and delivery PIN code for a current production and transit estimate. Online availability alone does not confirm dispatch timing. Review the shipping charge shown at checkout or request a destination quotation for a custom order.
Who should install it?
Arrange hardwired installation with a qualified electrician. Confirm the ceiling structure, fixing method, canopy, electrical supply and suspension length beforehand. Large, heavy or grouped installations may also require a structural and access review.
How do I clean glass, brass or alabaster?
Switch off the power and let the fitting cool. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners or spraying liquid onto the fitting. Natural stone and specialist finishes need their own care instructions; ask our team for guidance on the selected design.
What are the returns, damage and warranty terms?
Review the linked policy before payment, particularly for customised or made-to-order pieces. Inspect the delivery promptly, keep the packaging and contact our team with the order reference and photographs if you notice a concern. Confirm the applicable warranty for the chosen fitting.
Can I use it in a bathroom or outdoors?
Ask for the confirmed IP rating and location suitability before planning a damp-area or outdoor installation. A photograph of a terrace or veranda is a styling reference and does not establish a weatherproof rating.
Can you help with a trade or hospitality project?
Share the product reference, quantities, floor or ceiling plan, location, preferred finish and required date. Request a coordinated specification covering the fitting, canopy, suspension, packing and delivery schedule before approval.
