Look a little closer
Give the details room to speak.
Bring a little rhythm to the arrangement by varying the height and leaving space around each piece. Confirm the selected colour, quantity and contents; props and surrounding objects in a scene photograph are not automatically included.
Before you choose
A considered place. A little care.
Confirm the contents and candle fit
Check whether the selected listing includes a filled candle, an empty jar or a holder, and confirm the piece count, fragrance and candle size. Set up on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from draughts and flammable materials.
Care for the exact finish
Follow the supplied candle instructions. Never leave a burning candle unattended; keep it away from children and pets. Allow glass and metal to cool before handling, and never use a decorative lid to extinguish a flame unless the maker specifically permits it.
A few questions, answered.
How do I know if this piece will fit?
Compare the full outer dimensions with your space and surrounding furniture. Check projections, base spread and access for delivery. Share a photograph and measurements if you would like help planning the arrangement.
Can I request another size or finish?
Ask about the specific design. Any change needs a confirmed specification, feasibility review, price and production timeline before an order is placed.
Will the finish look exactly like the photograph?
The photographs show the listed design, while lighting and screen settings can affect colour. Ask for confirmation of the selected finish, and a current reference or sample where available. Check any variation notes shown on this page.
What is included, and is installation provided?
Contents vary by product. Confirm the number of pieces, accessories, fittings or any candle and electrical components supplied. Agree on installation separately unless it is explicitly included in your quotation.
When will it arrive, and what if I need to return it?
Timing depends on the chosen piece, current availability, customisation and destination. Confirm the expected dispatch date before ordering and read the applicable shipping, warranty and return terms.
