Good questions, clear answers
Before it becomes part of your home.
Will this chandelier suit my room?
Start with the listed dimensions, then compare them with your room and furniture. Share your ceiling height, room photographs and table size where relevant. We can help you review proportion; your installer should confirm safe clearance and support.
Can the size, finish or hanging drop be changed?
Ask our team about your preferred specification. Customisation depends on the design and needs a written quotation. A custom request does not change the selected online variant or its price until confirmed.
Are bulbs included, and can I use a dimmer?
Check the listed lamp-holder and light-source details. Bulb inclusion, wattage, voltage and dimming compatibility must be confirmed for your final fitting. LED lamps and dimmer controls need to be compatible with one another.
When will my order arrive?
Production and transit are separate stages. Contact us with your selected design, quantity and delivery PIN code for a current estimate. Confirm the agreed dispatch and delivery schedule before placing a time-sensitive order.
Who should install the chandelier?
Arrange installation with a qualified electrician. For heavy or large pieces, have the ceiling structure, anchoring method, assembly access and handling plan reviewed by an appropriately qualified professional before purchase.
How should I care for it?
Switch off the power and let the fitting cool. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive products and spraying cleaner onto the fitting. Ask for finish-specific care instructions and professional help with high or heavy installations.
What should I know about returns, damage and warranty?
Review the linked policy before payment, especially for made-to-order or customised pieces. Inspect the delivery promptly, retain the packaging and contact our team with the order number and photographs if you notice a concern.
Can you help with a trade or hospitality project?
Yes—start a project conversation with the design reference, quantities, dimensions, location and required date. Ask for the confirmed specification, quotation, packing and delivery plan before approval.
