How do I know whether this pendant will fit?
Compare the listed body dimensions with your room and furniture. Share the ceiling height, table or island size and a photograph. Body height and complete hanging drop are different measurements. Your installer should confirm safe clearance, ceiling support and the final suspension.
Does the price include one pendant or the whole arrangement?
Check the selected option and the listed included configuration. Some designs offer Single, Twin or Triple arrangements, while others are sold as a specified set. A styled photograph may show several fittings. Ask us to confirm the quantity, canopy and components included before payment.
Can I request another size, colour or finish?
Choose an available listed option where offered. Other sizes, finishes and custom clusters require a specification review and quotation. A custom enquiry does not change the selected online option or its price until agreed.
Are bulbs included, and is the light dimmable?
Check whether the design uses a replaceable lamp or an integrated LED. Bulb inclusion, holder type, wattage, voltage, colour temperature and dimming must be confirmed for the chosen fitting. Lamps, drivers and dimmer controls need to be compatible with one another.
When will my pendant arrive?
